Sky Bistro & Bar is a restaurant, coffee / cocktail bar located inside the Condado de Alhama resort. You will find us inside the Al´Kazar centro commercial which is considered the liveliest part of the resort with oodles to offer holiday makers and residents alike.

We emphasise the importance of using local ingredients, as well as place sustainability as a high priority in everything we do, from reducing waste to supporting local farmers. We are committed to making healthy contributions to our community and improving the profile of the resort.
