15 Feb 2019 - The Board of Presidents

    The following dates are confirmed for the AGMs 2019:-

      Jardin 2 (J7-J13) – Friday 15th Feb (5pm)

      Naranjos 1 (P1-7, N7&8, VJ) – Saturday 16th Feb (10am)

      La Isla – Saturday 16th Feb (4pm)

      Jardin 1 (J1-J5) – Sunday 17th Feb (10am)

      Naranjos 2 (P8-P16, N1-6) – Sunday 17th Feb (4pm)

    We are in the process of confirming a venue and this will be communicated nearer to the event.

    At this meeting you will be asked to vote on a number of community related items as well as voting in a president at level 3 to represent your garden/block.

    The administrators and board of presidents are now working hard preparing for this meeting.

    For the first time, we will be permitting owners to vote directly on the community website (once logged in).

    In order for us to ensure owners are given enough time to review documents before the AGM and as the data needs to be uploaded to the website, we will be completing all documentation by the beginning of January 2019 in order to allow access by residents the first week of February (2 weeks before the AGM).

    If you wish to stand as a level 3 president, you should forward your name, along with a brief description and photo if you wish. This will then be uploaded to the website for residents of your level 3 community to view and decide if they wish to vote for you. This should be sent to admin by email, no later than December 31st 2018. Email: alhama@admiburgos.com
