ON SITE PREVIOUS APPOINTMENTS WITH ADMINISTRATION

Dear owners,

We would like to inform you that from this week it will be possible for you to make a prior appointment in order to discuss, in person with the Administration, those issues that cannot be resolved by email or by telephone. In order to ensure the safety of both yourselves and our staff, these appointments must be requested by email. You will be contacted within a period of 24 hours in order to analyse the issue to be resolved, and if it is not possible to resolve it by email or telephone, you will be given an appointment to appear in person within the following 48 hours.

As we all have been since the start of the state of emergency, the whole Admiburgos office staff is at your entire disposal for any questions you might have, working at 100% capacity during normal hours by email or telephone, and also extending the service to Saturdays and public holidays throughout the duration of the state of emergency.
