The rules for the opening of the swimming pools on Condado at this moment are at best unclear and unworkable. According to the College of Administrators and Admiburgos, Condado will be unable to open the swimming pools and remain within the law without significant changes to the way we operate the pools.
As you will be aware the pools on condado are not supervised , no lifeguards , one of the rules of the BOE is that the communal pools are monitored to ensure numbers , social distancing , frequent cleaning / hygiene regimes upon entry and exit , to comply with these rules we would anticipate substantial extra costs to homeowners to comply and for the time until a change in the rules it will not be financially viable
The rules are changing frequently and we are assured that come the end of the state of alarm all facilities will be usable
THE SWIMMING POOLS WILL REMAIN CLOSED ON CONDADO UNTIL THE RULES AND PROCEDURES CHANGE.
