As agreed by the Management Board in the Level 1 working meeting held on 16th October, the Annual General Meetings will be held over the weekend of 18th, 19th and 20th February 2022, if the epidemiological situation and the regulations in force at the time allow this.
The different committees and working groups have been working on the items which appear in the attached document, and some of these could perhaps be included in the Agenda.
If you have any additional proposals that you would like to be dealt with by a committee or in the Annual General Meetings, please send them to us as soon as possible in order to forward them to the relevant committee(s) before 5th December 2021.
