News: Community area for youths

Disruption by youths is a big issue on Condado de Alhama during the summer months. There have been this year and on previous years, damage to the golf course and damage to the community infrastructure as well as disruption to residents. Whist the responsibly for damage must be the responsibility of the youths or the parents, the community have tried to look tackling this through means of security and police, but we have also looked at how the disruption can be mitigated.

We have therefore dedicated a community area for youths, away from most properties and the golf course, which provides a convenient resting area for anyone walking around the community complete with lighting, power for charging and wifi.

This area is land adjacent to the Alcanara gate next to the showroom.
