News: AGM 2024
It was agreed by all those present at the board meeting of 9th October 2023 that the next Annual General Meetings should be held on the weekend of 16th, 17th and 18th February 2024 with each area being allocated one of the 6 slots below:
1.16th February (Friday) 12:30: Mirador del Condado
2.16th February (Friday) 16:30: Naranjos 2
3.17th February (Saturday) 10:00: Jardines 1
4.17th February (Saturday) 15:00: Jardines 2
5.18th February (Sunday) 10:00: La Isla
6. 18th February (Sunday) 15:00: Naranjos 1
7. Level 1 AGM will be held on the week commencing 19 February 2024.
8. Urban Entity - To be agreed later
The AGM packs will be finalised early in the new year and sent out to owners as soon as possible, meaning that everything must be resolved in December 2023, and the Agenda closed in each of the communities.
More information will follow shorty as we establish more details about the AGMs and location this year.
As is previous years, once the AGM packs are issued, owners will have an opportunity to raise questions and receive replies in advance of the actual AGM. For those not present on Condado in February and wishing to raise a proxy (vote) for the items raised, we will again be facilitating this though the community website. You will need a valid login to the website to use this facility so please ensure you are able to log on in as soon as possible.
The AGMs will be streamed via MsTEAMS in Spanish and English.
If you wish to present your candidacy to be President of your Garden or Block, you can send an email to alhama@inmho.es. You can include a description, and even a photograph. In order for this information to be included with the rest of the documentation for the General Meetings, it must be sent before January 22nd.
