REQUEST OF FEES FROM NARANJOS 2

As you may know, there has been a problem with some of the payments issued for the April's fee, most of them have been issued successfully, but the one corresponding to some properties of the Penthouses 14, 15 and 16 are still pending to be processed. The problem is due to the fact that the bank has partially blocked the file of these payments and therefore in some cases it has been sent to the owners, but in others it has not. Different options and possibilities have been studied to try to solve the problem. In the next few days, the April's fee will be requested to these owners. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

It is expected that from the 10th of May, it will be charged for the May fee.

The Board of Presidents of the Community Naranjos 2 has decided that the adjustment fee, which was originally due to be requested in April, will be requested the week of 26th June instead.

We would like to remind you that the entire inmho team remains at your disposal.

Update: 25-04-2023

As you may be aware from our previous communication, there has been an issue with some of our April community fee payments being taken this month. This is due to an issue that the bank has had in processing our direct debit file.

Q. Who does this affect?

A. This affects some owners who pay their community fees via monthly direct debit mainly in Naranjos 2 and Jardines 2 community, although Jardines 2 is already fully resolved.

Q. When will my April fees be debited?

A. if your fees have not already been taken in April they should be debited on the next few days (2-3 days).

Q. When will the ad hoc fee payments that were due to be taken in April be debited? (this is the payment to cover the 2023 fee increase from January to March)

A. The adhoc payment will be taken the week of the 22nd of May for Naranjos 2 community. Due to the current issues the ad hoc payment for Naranjos 2 community will now be delayed to reduce the impact of the bank payment.

If you have paid your fees manually ( not via direct debit) you have not been affected by this issue.

We would like to inform you that, due to a problem with the bank, it has not been possible to issue the receipts for the communities of Naranjos 2 and Jardines 2. These were issued yesterday and should be appearing in your bank statement between today and Friday.
