Condado Holiday Homes is based in the centre of the Al Kazar Condado de Alhama. and was established in 2014. Our office is open Monday to Friday 10:00- 13:00.

The main emphasis of our Company is to make your lives as hassle free as possible, especially if you own a property in Spain but live in another country. We are probably one of the largest Companies on Condado. We would look after and maintain your property throughout the year caring for your guests during their holidays.
We offer a very personal service to all of our clients and we understand that owning a property in Spain is not always easy; we are here to help and provide an excellent service for you.

We offer key holding services. Included is 2 weekly checks and monthly update communication emails to all owners. This is set at 100e plus iva per year.
Property inspections at least every 2 weeks
Collection of post if required
Management & Maintenance on call
Meet & Greets and key safe facilities for late arrivals
Welcome pack if required
Advertising and organising of rentals if required
Cleaning and Laundry services

We can help organise airport transfers
Any other specific problems or needs we are happy to help

We offer Renal properties to all visitors right here in heart of Condado.

If you wish to rent out your property We take all booking enquiries and payments, to include complete management , thereby taking the headache out of renting your property, but still allowing you to recoup income from your property.
We also do not restrict how many weeks you would like to use your property for your own use

All our rental properties are tourist board Registered. We as a Company can also complete your registration process for you .
