Community Information: Community Fees
When will the next payments for community fees be taken? From now onward, fees will be monthly as agreed at the AGMs in February and will be taken during the month from banks after the 10th of the Month. T
I have a Direct Debit, what do I need to do? No, you do not need to do anything.
I pay manually, what are the new bank details? The new bank details will depend on the community and garden you belong to:

How much will be taken each month? The amount payable was detailed for each owner in the AGM minutes issued last month. If you have not yet received a copy you should contact the administrator. The amount shown was the full amount without discount applied.
Are there any other additional fees? Fees increases agreed at the AGM are from the 1st Jan 2018. Backdated fees for January to march will be taken on the 25th of April.
Communities agreed different additional payments. You should check the AGM mins or contact admin to confirm these.
What is the payment discount? A discount each month will be deducted if you pay your community fee on time. Your discount would be as follows:
- 20€ for Jardines and Naranjos properties (Penthouses included)
- 30€ for La Isla
- 50€ for Villas Jana
What period do I need to pay to qualify for the early payment discount? You need to pay your community fee by the end of each month to qualify for the payment discount. If you have any debt including any outstanding payments for painting you do not qualify. It is your responsibility to check this payment has been made from your bank account. If in any doubt, you need to check with the administrators.
Can I pay more than a month in advance? You can pay any amount you wish in advance manually. You should contact the administrators to arrange this.
Can I pay online or by card? You can pay in the office by card or online via the community website once you are logged in. http://www.condadoalhama.com/payments/

We at inmho try to keep improving continuously in order to be able to offer you the best service. This is why we are changing to a new internal management system, one which is better adapted to the needs of our customers.
The latest direct debit payment request remittance has been issued from the new system. This does not affect you in any way, and everything remains the same. However, it is possible that you may have detected a slight change in the name of the payment request issuer. These are indicated below, with both the name appearing on previous remittances, and the one that will appear from now on.
