Below is some useful information that will hopefully be of assistance to you during your visit.

Safety and Security

Condado is on the whole a safe place to visit, but we ask all visitors to take care of their belongings as you would at home. Extensive CCTV is provided across Condado for your safety, which is monitored 24h during the summer months. However, should you require the assistance of security staff, they can be contacted on the following numbers:

Administration (Inmho)

If you bring a hire car and/or a pet onto Condado you will need to register these at the Administration office or by email alhama@inmho.es

The office is based in the Al Kasar and the opening times are:

Monday to Friday 9:00 to 15:00. Thursday 9:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 19:00.

Supermarket

The on site supermarket, Spar, is based on the Al Kasar and is open every day except special holidays. The Spar opening hours are as follows:

Monday to Saturday 9:00 to 21:00

Sunday 9:00 to 15:00

Swimming Pools

The swimming pools on site are open between 9am and 11pm each day. There are a number of rules regarding pool use which you are asked to follow for everyone’s safety, including the following:

·Please don’t take any glass items into the pool area.

·No inflatables are allowed in the pools during July/August (with the exception of swimming aids)

·No children under 12 to be allowed in the pool area without adult supervision.

·Deck chairs and sun loungers to be removed daily and not left overnight.

Speed Control

Please note that the speed limit across the whole site is 30kph. Please adhere to this limit to ensure the safety of yourself and others, particularly children.

There are average speed cameras on site and the local police also patrol on a frequent basis during the summer months.

Respect for others

We acknowledge that, for many people, Condado is a holiday resort, however we ask you to please respect others around the site.

There are a significant number of full-time residents on site, many of whom work and so you are asked to respect the community rules that ask you to reduce noise after midnight, especially when you are walking home from the Al Kasar or other areas, and including when sitting on your terrace as the noise echoes around the buidings.

You are also reminded that ball games are not allowed to be played in the garden areas at any time, There are specific sports areas available for this.
