Comments.
IRRIGATION SYSTEM, GENERAL REVIEW: During this month we intensify the Irrigation system general review. Also we are repairing water leakages that we are detecting on during the review works.
GENERAL PRUNING. We are continuing with the palm trees trimming, as well as the trees and shrubs of all inner and outer common areas
DEEP GRASS MOWING. During this month we with do an exhaustive mowing in order to clean the grass dry leaves layer and make easy the re‐growing of the grass areas
LAWN SURFACES. LAWN LATENCY: During the winter, due to the low temperatures, the grass surfaces go into a latency state, and for that reason they adopt that characteristic ocher color, also the irrigation in the grass have been stopped with the saving of water that this it entails For this reason, lawn mowing is reduced to a minimum.
