News: New Condado Pharmacy OPEN !!!

Presidents of Condado gather to welcome the opening on the new pharmacy today on Condado located adjacent to the bus stop on the outer ring road.

Without the support of the community of owners this would have not been possible. The owners of Condado voted overwhelmingly to support the creation of a local pharmacy in this location at the AGM in 2020 to support the growing needs of Condado.

I hope that you will all support the new pharmacy to ensure that we retain this vital new service.

A reminder that under the current legislation a mask is still needed to enter medical facilities including the new pharmacy.

The opening hours of the pharmacy are Monday – Saturday mornings 10am until 2pm and Monday to Friday afternoons 5:30 till 8:30pm

The pharmacist Luis Montalban Soler is the operator of our pharmacy which is an annex of his main pharmacy in Alhama de Murcia, opposite the Mercadona supermarket in Calle Fuente de Ral.

Under the terms of the agreement the pharmacy must open a minimum of 15 hours per week but in peak periods will be open in excess of 40 hours including Saturdays.

As well as prescription medicines, the pharmacy will also stock Paracetamol, ibuprofen and other over the counter drugs which are currently not available from the local Spar shop.
