News: Reminder - Register your car for Automatic access - 2023

If visiting Condado de Alhama please ensure your car is registered for automatic access if you are an owner or a tenant with a legal contract.

You can register your car online once logged in to the community website on the link below

If you are having difficulties or do not have a login you can email administration on email@condadoalhama.com with your car details.

Cars only remain on the system for a maximum of 12 months, so you may need to reregister your car now.

A new access control system has now been introduced and all visitors/cars not registered for automatic access, will be required to show photo ID and provide the details of their visit each time they enter.

If you receive visitors to your property, the new access control system will notify you by email. If receive an email about visitors that are not yours, please immediately contact admin so that this can be investigated further.
