News: Jardines I - Painting Jardín 2 Block 02

Dear owners,

By means of this communication, we inform you that the estimated date on which the painting of Block 2 of Jardín 2, Apartments 133 to 149 of Jardines I will begin is 15th November 2023.

We ask you, in order to facilitate the work and to avoid future incidents with the painting, to leave all access doors to the patio and solarium open and to remove the furniture from the terraces to the inside of your homes or, if you are unable to do so, to place it in the centre of the terrace so that it can be easily covered by the painters.

We also ask you to do the same with flower pots or any other object on the outside walls of your home or close to them in order to prevent damage.

In addition, please be advised that during this period there may be some parking restrictions, disruption and/or inconvenience in the Garden. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and for any problems please do not hesitate to contact us.
