The current penthouse blocks being developed by Alhama Nature are nearing completion and it is expected that owners will take possession in the coming months. Alhama Nature are also construction a number of villas which are progressing well.
Owners will be aware from the AGM of updated developments from Alhama Naure regarding the new golf club house 2 hotels and football stadium which are expected to start at the end of this year. If you missed this you can still watch the presentation by Alhama nature from each of the AGMs and review the information which was include in the AGM packs sent to all owners.
