News: La Isla B10 - Notice

Dear owners,

As approved at the last General Meeting, a reorganisation of the storage rooms will be carried out by implementing the protocol for the removal of abandoned belongings.

If you are not currently in Condado, you can tell the president of your block by emailing laisla10@condadoalhama.com what your belongings are, your name and flat number so that the president can mark them for you.

After a period of 3 months from the date of this communication, those belongings that have not been identified will be removed.

We also ask for the immediate removal of those items that may be dangerous, such as the heater with the gas canister that is currently in the storage room.

Attached you will find the protocol approved at the General Meeting in 2024.
