News: STV re-modelling

We have received many questions recently specifically about the removal of trees that are causing damage and the moment a lot of mess. Owners voted at the AGMs in February to undertake a plan to replace the trees with less damaging species that cause little mess or no mess and to also carry out remodelling of the inner ring roads. Discussions are ongoing with interested parties and the board is hoping to provide an update on this as soon as possible. Currently, the town hall are strongly against the removal of the jacarandas so, while it is likely that we will be able to negotiate a solution for the replacement of the trees on the main road (tipi tuanas), it is unlikely that we will be able to do likewise for the trees on the side streets.
