You may have seen in the local press the latest development at Condado which are plans to build a wave park. It is planned that this will be located next to the proposed football stadium being developed by Alhama nature on the main road into Condado. I should note that Alhama Nature have confirmed that this is a different developer to them and not Alhama Nature.
The details are limited at the moment but a summary of what they are proposing is provided below with links to local news items about this new venture.
