News: Alhama Signature Golf communication 24-05-2024
Dear members, I am writing to inform you of the following matters of interest to you, - In view of the unjustified delay in the refurbishment of the current Club House and given the advanced stage of the works, it has been decided to use these facilities again, although the last details are still being finalised.
During these months, work has been carried out in deplorable conditions and we consider it inhumane that our members/clients and of course our employees have to spend more time suffering the conditions of a tiny room, an extremely high temperature (a situation that will worsen in the Summer) and a non-existent shop that provides minimum services to our clients.
When the current Club House is completely finished, the official inauguration will take place, although I cannot inform you when this will take place as it will depend on the property and their desire to finish the works.
On the other hand, I would like to inform you that the Club Restaurant, "The Signature Tavern", will open for dinner on the 1st of June. During this month it will be open on Fridays, Saturdays and
Sundays and during the months of July and August it will be open from Monday to Sunday. A new menu will be offered for the dinner service. It is necessary to book a table by calling 613 191 211 or by whatsapp to the same number.
Finally, we would like to inform you that the lease contract signed between our company and the owner of the golf course (represented by Alhama Nature Resort SL) ends on 31st January 2025 and until then we will continue to manage Alhama Signature Golf with the same enthusiasm, hard work and professionalism that we have had since the beginning of our activity. After that date we have decided not to continue with the management of the course. We do not know the plans of the owner Alhama Healthy Living S.L. regarding the management of the course after this date. - With regard to the Club's Bar/Cafeteria, the lease contract signed with the propietor company expires on 30th November 2026 and until then we will continue to manage it as before.
