News: Security Company Performance Review

A performance review of the first quarter was conducted with the new security company Vigilant, reviewing the Key Performance Indicators within the contract and their general performance.

Feedback from the community so far has been very positive with reports of increased visibility and satisfaction with the service received. In terms of the contractual obligations, all of the requirements have been met.

In addition to the daily reports provided by Vigilant to the security committee, they also provide monthly and quarterly summaries of their activity. We are looking to find a user friendly way of adding this information to the website in the near future so that owners are aware of the range and volume of incidents that the security team deal with.
