At the AGM in 2018 we proposed to owners to hold an information meeting at the Condado Club in the summer. Due to the number of people that attended to such a small venue and several incidents that occurred at the meeting, which the police attended; this meeting was abandoned. The board therefore agreed not to repeat this especially in the summer period when the admin staff are already very much under pressure to deal with owners’ questions.
The board also agreed to limit the number of community meetings in August to the necessary minimum to ensure the staff had more time to deal directly with owners as meetings take a considerable amount of time to prepare for.
If, as an owner you have any questions that you feel admin have not resolved satisfactorily, you can email your respective level 2 president using the emails addresses below for each community.

In addition, we hope that sending monthly newsletter provides the level of information needed to owners as well as the occasional additional email when needs arise. We are also very aware that sending too many communications can have the opposite effect, so we try to manage a delicate balance.
We also have a community general Facebook page for all residents and for each community a Facebook group that owners can use to post questions and be informed of what is happening in each of the communities. Only owners are permitted in these private Facebook groups, and it allows the sharing of more detailed information provided on other general Facebook sites often owned by others which may have a commercial direction in the groups favour.

As it is their right, Jardines 2 community still wish to have a meeting and has arranged a meeting of owners at the Condado Club on Thursday 8th August. During this time, you should expect less staff in the admin office than normal as a number of the staff will be at the Condado Club.
