News: ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGS 2025
At the board meeting of 9th October 2024 that the next Annual General Meetings should be held on the weekend of 13th, 14th, 15th and 16th February 2025:
1.13th February (Thursday) afternoon: Mirador del Condado and Alhama Nature I.
2.14th February (Friday) afternoon: Naranjos 2
3.15th February (Saturday) morning: Jardines 1
4.15th February (Saturday) afternoon: Naranjos 1
5.16th February (Sunday) morning: Jardines 2 (Information meeting)
6.16th February (Sunday) afternoon: La Isla
The Ordinary General Meeting of the Community of Jardines 2 will be held on Saturday morning, 22 February.
A Level 1 and Urban Entity information meeting will be held the weekend before (7-9 February). In addition, once the AGM packs are issued, owners will have an opportunity to raise questions and receive replies in advance of the actual AGM.
The AGM packs will be finalised early in the new year and sent out to owners as soon as possible, meaning that everything must be resolved in December 2024, and the Agenda closed in each of the communities. Owners who wish to propose an item for inclusion on the Agenda should send it before 17th November.
More information will follow shorty as we establish more details about the AGMs and location this year.
The AGMs will be streamed via MsTEAMS in Spanish and English.
If you wish to present your candidacy to be President of your Garden or Block, you can send an email to alhama@inmho.es. You can include a description, and even a photograph. In order for this information to be included with the rest of the documentation for the General Meetings, it must be sent before January 19th of 2025.
