News: Aesthetics approvals

Owners are reminded that any modifications to their property should be approved according to the aesthetics protocol (click here for checking it). In some cases this requires approval from the Council of Alhama de Murcia, but in all cases community approval is required.

There have been a number of occasions where vehicles have arrived at security in order to complete building modifications, but the community was not aware of this scheduled work. In order to prevent delays for vehicles attending to complete modification work, it is recommended that owners send a copy of the community approval to the company in advance so that the driver can produce this on arrival at security.
