News: Penthouse Roof Newsletter November 2024

At the February 2024 AGM approval was given to repair the Penthouse Roofs to prevent water ingress. This is an update on progress made so far:

· A competitive tender has taken place and the contract was awarded to L&E Obras y Proyectos Globales

· The order in which the roofs will be repaired are: P3, P4, P1, P6, P5, P2. P7;

· Work on P3 and P4 has been completed;

· Work on P1 will start second week of November;

· It is anticipated each roof will take about 10 weeks to repair;

· When work is being undertaken access to the roof is prohibited for health and safety reasons. The lock code will be changed and not revealed to owners;

· If you require access to the roof to repair/install air conditioning units, please contact inmho at alhama@inmho.es to make suitable arrangements;

· A skip will be put in place in the car park to store waste;

· We request you use your terrace to dry your washing if you cannot access the roof. If you need to dry larger items (e.g. bedding) then arrangements will be made for you access to another Penthouse roof.
