News: Naranjos I - Sanitation Preventive Maintenance

Dear owners and residents of Naranjos I,

On Monday 25/11/2024 the cleaning of manholes on Naranjos I will start as part of the preventive maintenance. It is expected to run until Friday 29/11/2024. All owners and residents are kindly requested to remove vehicles from the covered parking spaces at Penthouse and also Villa Jana’s so that the work can be carried out without interruption and in the shortest possible time.

We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that the design and configuration of the sewage network is not designed to destroy wipes or any other solid objects such as nappies, so owners are asked to refrain from dumping any such objects. It is also recommended that they do not use the toilet to dispose of toilet paper because this waste inevitably passes into the general network as a result of the pressure of the flushing water, which can cause blockages not only in the pipes, but also the breakdown of the pumping unit.

Please be informed that, in the event of such blockages occurring, the cost of resolving them will be charged to the properties where the aforementioned service is provided, as, as they are normally urgent, they have a higher cost than the maintenance programmed by the Community.
