News: Penthouse 8 a 16 - Parking lines

Dear owners and residents of Penthouse 8 to Penthouse 16,

Please be advised that the company Grupo Triton will be repainting the lines of the parking spaces in Penthouse 8 to Penthouse 16 from 22nd to 24th January 2025.

Vehicles must therefore be removed from the car parks from Monday 20th to Saturday 25th January inclusive. The reason is that the condition of the pavement must be checked before proceeding with the works and to ensure the minimum drying time of the paint after completion of the works.

The supplier has asked the Administration to pass on the following information: Grupo Tritón will not be held responsible for any paint residues that may be carried by the wind or caused by accident in the event of breakage of the hoses connecting the compressors and the applicator gun.
