News: Rain - Update

Dear homeowners,

We would like to inform you that the abundant and continuous rainfall has exceeded the capacity of the rainwater network, which means that the drains of the properties may take some time to drain the water received. Therefore, homeowners are urged to ensure that the drains are perfectly clean and also to check their homes, informing the administration of any problems of leaks or water ingress that may be detected.

If you are not in Condado at the moment, it is advisable to make use of your keyholder or person of trust to carry out this process.

At the moment, the area around Jardín 13 and the Cañada Norte roundabout are flooded. The manholes and scuppers are draining properly but will need time.

There are also flooded underground containers which will be replaced by surface containers as soon as the damage is assessed.
