Dear Neighbors,

As of April 17, STV's gardening staff will begin to implement some measures approved at the last ordinary annual assembly, in accordance with the Plantations protocol.

After inspecting the current state of the plants that some neighbors have planted in the community gardens in front of their homes, the presence of invasive species that could generate problems in the future has been detected. Plants such as aloe vera, among others, can cause damage to the lawn, lighting, irrigation system, in addition to becoming a focus of pests and dirt.

Therefore, it will be necessary to remove them. A period of 7 days is established, from the aforementioned date of April 17 (until April 24), for owners or tenants who have planted aloe vera or other invasive plants to recover them. After this period, STV staff will proceed to remove them.

Likewise, all dead plants will be removed with the aim of replacing them in the future with species from the Community's reserve fund.

Finally, residents are invited to report any deterioration or incident in the hedges that separate the ground floor homes from the community gardens, as well as any doubts with this protocol, in order to offer an appropriate solution.

Sincerely, Gardening, Maintenance and Landscape Cleaning Working Group 2

Juan Manuel Pérez Suárez, President of Jardines 2.
