News: Internet service cut off on 29th April 2025

Dear residents,

Please not that on Tuesday 29th April 00:01- 04:00am there will be no internet due to essential maintenance work being carried out at Condado de Alhama.

Recently we have had a number of internet outages due the electrical infrastructure which serves the internet telecommunications room located at the Al Kasar. We are upgrading this electrical infrastructure to ensure more stability of the internet service provided to Condado residents and businesses.

From 00:01 midnight on the 29th (the night between Monday and Tuesday) power to the telecommunications room will be interrupted to carry out the works which will result in a loss of internet, Condado TV and phone services.

The outage will also affect our Security team and during this period they will also be without landline phones. To contact Security in an emergency you can call from your mobile to the security mobile number or use whatsapp.
