News: Tender Participation for Garden Community II: Expansion joint J1022-J1024

Dear Condado de Alhama based services and repair providers,

Please be informed that the Jardines II Community is currently tendering for the Rehabilitation of expansion joint between dwellings J1022 and J1024.

Characteristics: Removal of the current expansion joint and reconstruction by sealing the expansion joint with Sika's Sikaflex-11 FC polyurethane-based single-component mastic, type Sikaflex-11 FC, after placing Sika's polyethylene foam profile as a joint base and applying primer. FC, from Sika, after placement of polyethylene foam profile as a joint base, from Sika and application of primer. Completely finished. Removal of debris and final cleaning of the work area. Waste management fee included. Measures: 6 linear meters.
