News: Jardines II - Reminder about aesthetic modifications

Dear neighbours of Jardines 2,

ALL owners and tenants of Jardines 2 are reminded that NO AESTHETIC MODIFICATIONS CONTRARY TO ARE PERMITTED TO REGULATIONS CURRENT OF MODIFICATIONS COUNTY AESTHETICS, the latest version of which is number 11, dated February 2024.

All owners are advised NOT TO MAKE AESTHETIC MODIFICATIONS guided by the opinion of any neighbour, as it is the Administrators to whom all requests for aesthetic modifications should be addressed, who will ensure that such requests for aesthetic modifications are included in the regulations for aesthetic modifications, as well as having the appropriate permission from Alhama Town Hall if necessary.

Without these requirements, any owner or tenant who carries out UNAUTHORISED aesthetic modifications will run the risk of having to revert such modifications to the original state of the property.
