Dear owners of Jardines 2,

In order to improve communication and speed up the management of incidents, it is suggested that those owners of adjoining properties, whether they are ground floor lateral properties or upper and lower ones, should exchange their contact telephone numbers. This will allow a quicker and more efficient response to eventualities such as breakages, leaks, damp or domestic fires.

For dwellings that are not usually occupied, it is recommended that you have a trusted neighbour who lives in Condado all year round, or a key-holding company that has access to the property in the event of an emergency, as well as keeping your contact details up to date with the Administration.

We also suggest that each owner has a home insurance policy that includes specific coverage for water leaks, damp and drainage, in addition to the usual protections, in case it is needed.
