News: Reseeding 2025

Dear Homeowners,

We would like to inform you about the schedule for the reseeding process in private gardens within our resort, as well as the estimated completion date for common areas:

Common areas: Reseeding in these areas is expected to be completed by June 15th.

Private gardens: From June 2nd to June 11th, there will be a period for properties that have not yet registered and require reseeding to submit their request.

Homeowners interested should send their request to the administration’s email: alhama@inmho.es.

Between June 11th and 13th, the registered properties will be organized by levels for planning purposes.

Starting June 16th, the reseeding of private gardens will begin.

We appreciate your attention and cooperation in keeping our green areas in the best possible condition.
