News: Mirador - Rantelles 2025

Dear Mirador owners,

Please be informed that an anti-rantelle pest control service has been contracted. It will be applied every two weeks on Mondays, starting at 8am in the garden and communal areas of blocks 1 and 2.

The treatment dates are:

• June: 02/06/2025, 09/06/2025, 16/06/2025, 23/06/2025, 30/06/2025.
• July: 07/07/2025, 14/07/2025, 21/07/2025, 28/07/2025.
• August: 04/08/2025, 11/08/2025, 18/08/2025.

The product used is not dangerous and, according to the supplier, does not require special precautions. However, it is advised:

1. Before starting the treatment, all persons, except those in charge of carrying out the treatment, shall have left the areas subject to the treatment, as well as all other areas that could be affected by the treatment. Persons suffering from allergies and/or asthma are advised to take the above measures into special consideration.
2. There shall be no animals, food or utensils/materials used in handling (preparation, processing, packaging, consumption, etc.) that may come into contact with them in the treatment areas. Those that for whatever reason cannot be removed must be completely covered with a material that is not permeable to the pesticide. To ensure that there is no risk of subsequent contamination, utensils that have been covered must be properly cleaned before re-use.
3. All people must avoid touching surfaces that may have come into contact with the pesticide until after the established re-entry period into treated areas. In case of any suspicion of contact, wash immediately.
4. Risk prevention and safety systems shall be kept alert.
5. Treatments shall be planned and carried out taking into account environmental and other conditions that may have an impact on the outcome of treatments, with the aim of ensuring that they are always carried out in the safest, most efficient and sustainable manner.
