News: Jardines II - Safety warning about Naranjos 8 pool fence

Dear Owners,

This official communiqué is sent to warn all the residents of Jardines 2 about the installation of a perimeter fence in the area of the Naranjos 8 swimming pool for deterrent purposes to avoid, according to a statement from its president, possible unwanted intrusions by jumping the fence, and in this way control that no one jumps its perimeter fence in that community.

This fence, of the Hercules type, has been installed, as can be seen in the attached photographs, with a top finish that may pose a risk to the physical integrity of people who may suffer some type of injury in the event of accidental or intentional contact with said upper finish, which does not have the advisable safety measures (rounded finish) to avoid such risks.

Therefore, we warn of such a risk for all those residents of Jardines 2 who could become temporary users of said pool, in exercise of the right of any resident of Condado to bathe in the pools of any of the level 3 communities of our community.

Sincerely, receive a cordial greeting and be careful with this fence in case you pass through the area or become a user of said pool temporarily.
