News: Roadworks affecting internal traffic

Dear homeowners and residents of Condado de Alhama,

Please be advised that the company TecnoUrbs will need to restrict traffic and there will be single lane closures due to utility junction work on Main Street at the Alhama Nature -R2.2 106 dwellings site.

The junction works start on Monday 23/06/2025 and will be completed in approximately one week's time.
