REMINDER ABOUT THE JARDINES 2 IDEAS AND SUGGESTIONS BOX. Participate and build a better community

Dear neighbors of Jardines 2,

Through this statement, we once again remind you and ask you to participate in the affairs and management of our community. The current management model, which relies on just TWO PEOPLE, occasionally assisted by a few neighbors, of the 976 homes that make up Jardines 2, is not viable. These two people have been involved in the affairs of Jardines 2 for several years, dedicating a great deal of time, work, effort, and sacrifice, both personally and as a family, so that all of us have the best community we are capable of managing. It is possible that there are others who want to come and can do much better, leading the community to even more prosperous new horizons. Let us hope so. We can no longer continue in this current position and under these circumstances, with this level of stress and dedication, while the vast majority of residents remain completely uninvolved, for whatever reason.

We will try to move up to positions of greater responsibility, outside of Jardines 2, where we may be able to contribute our knowledge and experience to the overall better community of Condado de Alhama.

In April 2025, this open participation space was created for all owners and long-term tenants (via email for the time being), so that they could express and propose constructive ideas and suggestions that would add value to our community, in addition to collecting the different sensitivities and concerns of all of you, with the aim of improving the management of Jardines 2 affairs and taking into account your ideas and proposals, which could provide solutions to day-to-day issues, as well as innovative issues that would improve our neighborhood.

Thanks to the efforts we've made in recent years, we're now a benchmark in cost-saving measures, community fee discounts at Jardines 2, implementation of projects and ideas related to gardening, security, improved spending control, and transparency in our community's affairs and management.

All of this improvement work requires a great deal of effort and selfless dedication from a very small group of residents. We have repeatedly stated that WE ARE NOT ENOUGH, that WE NEED MORE HELP for certain specific issues, and that the more residents we have, the better we can share the workload and better withstand the level of stress we are currently under. We are the largest community in terms of the number of homes in the entire Condado, with 976, and this should also be reflected in your level of participation. Only with more volunteers who have the time and specific professional profiles we wil be able to continue to lead this enormous challenge of governing this great community. The help and contributions of these professionals will provide us with invaluable assistance.

So we invite everyone who wishes to participate in our management project and contribute their part. There are still working groups that are yet to be activated or that need more help from you.

Any contributions, ideas, or suggestions you wish to share with us can be directed to the Inmho administrators at their generic email address: alhama@inmho.com. They will then forward your messages and suggestions to us, and we will be happy to address them with attention and interest.

On the other hand, we also ask all those who know of companies whose business activity revolves around areas such as Gardening, Cleaning and Maintenance, Pipeline and Irrigation Systems Engineering, Electricity, Insurance Brokerage, Telecommunications, Painting and Waterproofing, Property Management, Plumbing, or any other area that may be of interest to our community, to contact the Jardines 2 presidency and tell us, so that we have a list of companies to turn to when we need to send them technical queries, requests for service quotes and material purchases, etc.

We also need volunteers who have a lot or little time to dedicate to the affairs of our community, with specific professional profiles who can lead or collaborate in the study, monitoring and verification of the companies that provide their services in our community of Jardines 2, and that they are correctly complying with the stipulations in their contracts, people who can dedicate time and attention to matters related to legal regulations regarding homeowners' associations, to the statutes of different levels, to internal regulations, to the services currently provided in our community and to those that could be offered in the immediate future, people who want to get involved in improvement projects necessary for the evolution of Jardines 2, so that ultimately, our community maintains and even improves the value of our properties and community heritage.

This is a LAST call for your participation and collaboration, if you don't want the community to end up drifting and losing some or all of the achievements of recent years. We remind you that for many residents of Condado de Alhama, Jardines 2 remains a benchmark of positive results and effective management. It's up to ALL OF US to ensure it continues to be this way.
