News: INTERNET OUTAGE UPDATE

As you know, there has been no internet service in Condado de Alhama since yesterday afternoon.

Elitesa has reported that this is due to a widespread problem with their service provider. As a final update, they have sent us the following:

The maintenance provider informs us that they are still working to restore the affected services, but the recovery work is proving very complicated due to problems in the area (civil works) and documentation issues on the part of the maintenance provider.

They are currently unable to give us an estimated time for resolution.

Lyntia has escalated the case to the highest level and we are requesting information on a regular basis.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused by the loss of service and the time taken to resolve the incident.
