PAINTING WORKS DATES 15/09/2025 – 21/09/2025

Following the approval of the façade maintenance programme during the last Annual General Meeting 2023, the company Dave K Pintura, will carry out the maintenance work on the façades of the properties and common elements. Please read this notice carefully.

We ask that, in order to facilitate the work and to avoid future incidents with the painting, you leave all access doors to the patio and solarium open and that you remove the furniture from the terraces to the inside of your homes or, if you cannot, place it in the centre of the terrace so that it can be easily covered by the painters. We also ask you to do the same with flower pots or any other objects on or near the outside walls of the houses to prevent the above.

It is also advisable to take photos of the property, in particular of floors and any other objects on which paint drops may fall before the work begins.

In addition, please be advised that during this period there may be some parking restrictions, disruption and/or inconvenience in the Garden. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and should you have any problems please do not hesitate to contact us.
