News: Information on Project Alhama Nature I

Dear owners of Naranjos I,

Your President, Mrs. Sophie, has asked us to request information regarding the private Alhama Nature project, specifically in relation to the football pitches.

After contacting the day before yesterday with the project’s CEO, Mr. Mariano Sánchez, he provided us with the following information (literal transcript of the conversation):

"The first two football pitches, which are going to be the ones that ensure occupancy for the 5-star hotel and, therefore, its viability, will be built at the far end of the practice range of our golf course. As it is a very long course, we fully comply with the distance requirements for the driving range, and it allows us to have an excellent location for our best clients.

This very afternoon I have personally been there marking levels and checking elevations in order to start the earthworks in the first days of February; in principle, the pitches will be finished in just a few months, no later than this summer.

As for noise, you already know that it is an activity that does not cause disturbance, because each team trains for 2 hours in the morning and at most another 2 hours in the afternoon, and there is no shouting, not at all.

You can tell them on my behalf, and with all the affection in the world, that we are there to add value to Condado de Alhama, not to disturb the neighbours.

I believe we have work for at least two generations, with all the land we have there, and we want to do things very well and in an orderly manner."
