News: Touristic Apartments - Update

Dear owners of Condado de Alhama,

We would like to inform you that during the last Extraordinary General Meeting of Level 1 held on 18/12/2025, the necessary amendment to the Statutes to proceed with the granting of authorisations by the Owners' Community to obtain licences from the Regional Ministry of Tourism was unanimously agreed.

We would like to inform you that the next step is to schedule an appointment with the notary and the Land Registry.

As soon as the notary has examined the minutes, an appointment will be made to be attended by the Administration and the Level 1 Board of Directors, and once this process has been completed, the registration will take place.

At the moment, there is no deadline for when all of the above will take place, but we will work to ensure that it happens as soon as possible.
