News: Touristic Apartments - Update

Dear owners of Condado de Alhama,

We would like to inform you that during the last Extraordinary General Meeting of Level 1 held on 18/12/2025, the necessary amendment to the Statutes to proceed with the granting of authorisations by the Owners' Association to obtain licences from the Regional Ministry of Tourism was unanimously agreed.

We would like to inform you that the next step, the formal registration with a notary public, for which the presence of the Level 1 chairperson was required, will take place on 20 March, as soon as it was possible to schedule it. Once this process has been completed, the amendments will be registered.
