News: Tourist Apartments: Update

Dear Owners,

We are writing to inform you of the current status of the proceedings regarding the regulation of tourist accommodation in the community.

We are pleased to inform you that the agreement adopted at the General Meeting has been formalised and signed before a notary, thereby complying with the relevant legal requirements.

We are currently awaiting further instructions from the notary’s office so that we may proceed to the next stage of the process, which involves the submission and registration of the agreement at the Land Registry in Alhama de Murcia.

Once we have received these instructions and the registration has taken place, we will keep you promptly informed of any relevant developments or updates.
