News: Tourist Apartments: Update April 2026

Dear Owners,

We are writing to inform you of the current status of the procedures relating to the regulation of holiday homes in the community.

We are pleased to inform you that the resolution adopted at the General Meeting was formalised and signed before a notary on 20 March 2026, thereby complying with the relevant legal requirement.

The deed was sent by the notary to the Land Registry in Alhama de Murcia on 15 April 2026, and we are currently awaiting further instructions from them confirming its effective registration.

Once we have received these instructions and the registration has been completed, we will keep you promptly informed of any relevant developments or updates.
