News: Jardines II - Rules of conduct in communal areas and swimming pools

Please note:
Holiday rentals are limited to a maximum of 6 people.
The garden is a communal, not a private, space, and its use is subject to the rules of coexistence.
Owners who rent out their properties must ensure good neighbourly relations by informing their tenants of the rules.
The community, in accordance with the protocols approved by the AGM, may withdraw privileges (such as discounts on fees) and/or take legal action in serious cases of non-compliance.
Rules of conduct in communal areas and swimming pools:
Dress code: Appropriate swimwear must be worn.
Hygiene: You must shower before entering the pool.
Babies: Water nappies (waterproof) must be worn by babies in the pool.
Children: Children under 12 must always be accompanied by an adult in the pool area.
Access: A wristband is required to access the pools, including for children. If you do not have one, please ask the manager for one.
Opening hours: The pool is open from 09:00 to 23:00.
Substances and containers: Smoking, the use of e-cigarettes and bringing glass objects into the pool area are prohibited.
Food: Bringing food into the pool area is prohibited.
The use of sun loungers is prohibited after 22:00.
It is prohibited to stick parasols into the grass.
As a general rule, tables may not be taken out onto the street, nor may parties be held in communal areas, unless expressly authorised.
Playing ball in communal areas is prohibited.
The use of air mattresses and inflatables is prohibited.
Jumping and dangerous games are prohibited in the pool area.
Please respect the peace and quiet in the pool and garden areas (no loud noises).
Pets: Animals are not permitted in the pool area.
