News: Level 1 President Communication - Use and collection protocol pool wristbands

Dear owners,

I am contacting you to publicly thank all the owners who have held positions of responsibility within the community during the 2026/2027 period.

Condado de Alhama is growing, and there are more and more communities, owners and residents enjoying this privileged environment.

The new presidents, vice-presidents, and members of committees and working groups are doing everything possible for the benefit of the community.

Many matters and issues arise daily in our community, and it is necessary for owners to help as much as possible with each matter, according to what they are able to contribute.

We need support in different committees and working groups, as well as assistance with various recurring matters in Condado, such as Security, Events/Social, Administration, Gardening, Contracting and Finance, Telecommunications and Internet, Website and Lajestic software, among others.

We are looking for people with knowledge or who can add value to the different committees.

We are seeking responsible owners who wish to help the community with their work and dedication, who pursue the collective benefit and not their own personal or professional interest.

If you are interested, or if you think you can help in any way with any matter, please contact your president and/or administrator so that they can refer you to one of the current people responsible.

Finally, I attach the necessary documentation and protocols for implementing the use of wristbands at the swimming pools, which you may start collecting upon receipt of this email.
