News: Jardines I - Aesthetics Modifications in Condado

Dear owners,

We would like to remind you that within the estate there are certain cosmetic alterations that may be carried out without the need to apply for a building permit, provided they comply with the rules and criteria established by the owners’ association.

However, before carrying out any authorised cosmetic alterations, you must complete the relevant form and submit it to the Administration.

This procedure is necessary so that the Security Department is aware of the work to be carried out and of the company or professionals who will be accessing the Condado to carry it out.

We would also like to remind you that any work involving a structural alteration, extension, structural modification or any other work requiring municipal authorisation must first be covered by the relevant building permit issued by the Town Council.

No work of this nature may commence without first obtaining the necessary permits.
