News: Jardines I - Request to close the football pitch during the summer period

Dear owners,

With regard to the requests received to close the football pitch during the summer months in the evenings, we would like to inform you that the response provided by the person in charge of the football pitch is as follows:

The person in charge of the football pitch has agreed that the possibility of closing the pitches could only be considered if the residents’ association undertakes in writing to bear the full costs of any damage, breakages or acts of vandalism that may occur during the closure period.

The residents’ association will not be covering these costs, as the football pitch is privately owned, and the person in charge is the owner of the pitch.

Until such a formal written undertaking is provided, the owner of the football pitch considers that it is not possible to authorise the closure of the facilities at night.

We apologise for any inconvenience this decision may cause, but this is the position adopted by the owner of the football pitch in response to the community’s request.
