News: GENERAL CLEANING OF DRAINS IN JARDINES II

NOTICE TO OWNERS – JARDINES II COMMUNITY (JARDINES 7 TO 13)

Dear owners,

We would like to inform you that, from next Monday 20 July until 31 July, general cleaning work will be carried out on the drainage systems in the community’s seven gardens, from Jardín 13 to Jardín 7.

Work will begin on Monday 20th in Jardín 13, following the direction of the water flow, and will end in Jardín 7. The work is expected to take a maximum of two weeks.

It is not possible to specify an exact date for each garden. We estimate that the work will take approximately two days per Jardín, although this timeframe will depend on the condition of the drains.

For this reason, we ask for the cooperation of all homeowners:

• Please remove any furniture, plant pots or other objects placed on top of the drainage manholes over the next two weeks to facilitate access and cleaning.
• Homeowners on the ground floor must allow access to the back garden so that the drain in that area can also be cleaned.
• For properties where the rear wall has not been raised, it is not necessary for anyone to be at home, as access can be gained using a ladder.
• However, if the wall has been closed off or raised in such a way as to prevent access with a ladder, we would be grateful if you could leave the back garden gate open during the relevant work day, so that staff can access the manhole and clean the drain.
